Located in the small town of Chowchilla, California, Cornaggia's has been family owned
and operated since 1925. As we are a scratch bakery, we have a large variety of baked
daily fresh breads, cookies, cakes and pastries. We specialize in wedding cakes and our
most popular famous Italian bread, Panettoni. Currently our Panettoni can be found in
select Italian Markets in Central and Northern California.

Cornaggia's Bakery
We make several different flavors in our biscotti line, such as: Chocolate Chip, Lemon,
Plain, and Almond. We also have Raisin Oatmeal, Orange-Cranberry, Pistachio, Apricot,
Anis, Amaretto, and Mocha flavors.
Our Amoretti cookies, Canollis, are also products we have shipped out. Delis in Stockton,
Sacramento, and Los Angeles areas are some of our current customers as well as many
households. We ship as far away as Belgium, Hawaii, and as close as Madera and Fresno.
